Check out my blog for some drills and a challenge for those who practice kata. Two months of specific training to bring a form to competition level, as well as drills on Bunkai analysis.

Just put up some reps of my new form. I don't have anyone to practice the bunkai with right now, but still a little bit of karate is better than no karate. 3rd rep is the best so far.

That shows some real refinement and improvement. You had mentioned that these forms were done over about a 15 minute period, just long enough to breath and watch each rep before doing the next one.
I know a lot of sports psychology calls for the use of immediate feedback, but this seems to be really on for a method. And really effective. Also better than the traditional mirror, because it frees you to focus where you should.
Nicely done. Keep it up.

You are too tall for the camera.
In all seriousness though... Does someone on here have mad video editing skills? I would like to add Neo and Morpheus attacking John... Sort of Star Wars Kid-esque.
