I had two toasted sandwiches today, both involving cheese.
- Honey Maple Turkey with mayo, american cheese, on pumpernickel
- Ham with deli mustard, american cheese, on pumpernickel

While not the mouth watering, drool inducing deliciousness of a true grilled cheese, the crunch and melty-ness was very nice.
