What the heck is Kaizen??
« on: February 23, 2019, 03:14:17 PM »
Kaizen is a Japanese word that literally means good change. It comes from the Japanese words 改 ("kai") which means "change" or "to correct" and 善 ("zen") which means "good". In more recent years the translation has been altered to mean small incremental improvements. Hence, Kaizen Circle means an infinite repeat of small changes.

Vaughn created this board to discuss daily ways to improve. It is essentially an inspirational gang that will feed off of each other's motivation and need to improve!

Welcome to the Kaizen Circle!!!

Please make yourself at home in our cozy clan of like-minded people. Feel free to share anything inspiring or motivating.

Our motto is a Japanese saying: "Chiri mo tsumoreba yama to naru" which translates to "Even specks of dust become mountains!"
